Can you tell me about your artists?
All of our artists are graduated from the famous art academy in China, most of them have 8-20 years artist career, several profession artists are cooperated with us after back from Europe and USA. Our work team have enough experience to handle any of your portraits.
We can paint any portrait from your favorite photos, portrait photographs of children, family, wedding, pets, photos of houses, landscapes, old time photos, celebrity posters, movie posters, or black and white photographs. Please send your digital photos when inquiring.

photograph? It is not necessary to use a professional photograph. Professional photographs are great but our artists can do a stunning portrait from a good, clear everyday amateur photograph too. Just remember the more detail the photo shows of the subject the better. It is most helpful when the artist can see faces clearly. What do you consider a detailed background?
A detailed background is the one that requires additional artistic labor. Some examples of detailed
backgrounds would be a flower garden, a car, a house or building, a forest or
mountains in the background. A detailed wedding dress and flower bouquet/corsage
are also detailed background.

If the full amount is less than $1000, we request full payment before production. Otherwise, 50%
down payment upon placement of your order, and balance of 50% upon your approval of proof.

How are the paintings packed and
shipped?
Each painting is covered by plastic film and then shipped
as rolled canvases with a strengthened cardboard tube in,
and then put into the artistic packing tube.
All orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or DHL express courier.

How long does it
take to receive my portrait after payment?
Usually it takes an artist 5-10
days to complete the work depending on how complex it is and how
many characters involved. Things to consider are
artist schedules, holidays and courier delays.
Our customer service and tracking system always keep you in posted the progress of your
portrait in our studio. If you have a deadline for the receipt of your portrait,
please provide us with this information and we will do our best to meet it.
